Details about the course:
This intensive four-day course is designed follow up your learning from EFT level 1 and to help you continue the development of your emotion-focused skills for individual therapy. You will receive in-depth skills of the steps and the stages of the tasks through a combination of brief lectures, video demonstrations, case discussions, and extensive skills practice as both the therapist and the client in small break out rooms supervised by the trainers. With a spotlight on empathy, presence, tracking and attunement, Level 2 is focused on Case Formulation, variants of advanced chairwork, Self-interruption, Emotional Change Processes, Emotion Schemes, Vulnerability and Self-soothing. In addition advanced emotion assessment and emotional productivity will be discussed. Participants will revisit and advance their skills, examining the steps of the model and stages of the tasks. Special attention will be given to the of treatment of depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Please note participation for the full 4-days is required in order to rceive a completion certificate.
Level 2 consolidates learning from EFT Level one and introduces case formulation of more complex emotional processes. You can see the full outline of the course here.
